About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

i am a professional civil engineer registered in malaysia, can i apply for the permanent residence

Apply PR under professional category. What are the requirements. Michael H

I'm afraid you can't apply for the permanent residence as you do not meet the requirements.
