About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

British Airways staff traveller

Hi,
i am a British Airways staff member wanting to take my family of five to Chengdu for two days over the coming half term. I will be travelling on firm or standby tickets using my annual concessions. We will be departing from LHR and returning to LHR on a return ticket. Do i need a visa for the family and myself?
Many thanks.

Yes, you need to apply it your family and yourself. Are the flights you are taking operated by your company? If so, you can apply for the C type for all of you. If not, you need to apply or the L type.
