what is the best way to go to Tiger Leaping Gorge, we plan to travel Kunming-Dali-Lijiang-Shangri-la

Do you mean that you want to get to Tiger Leaping Gorge from Shangri-la?
If yes, the transportation is convenient. Long-distance bus at Shangri-La Bus Station can take you to Tiger Leaping Gorge Town. The schedules are 09:00, 10:00 and 14:00.
After arriving, you can take a taxi or hire a private car to the scenic area directly.

Hearty Thanks Betty, our route is Kunming-Dali-Lijiang-Shangri-La. Tiger Leaping Gorge is in the middle of LJ and Shangri-La. can we go from LJ, stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge for a day, and proceed to Shangri-La the next day? if not possible, which starting point is more practical: Lijiang or Shangri-La ?
