About:Nanjing Lukou International Airport

Nanjing airport to train station

Hi - we arrive in NJ Airport and want to catch a train to Shanghai. What train station should we go to and how do we get there from the Airport?

Both NJ railway station and NJ south railway station have trains to SH. But those departing from south station are going to Hongqiao railway station, which is a little far from SH city center. So I recommend to use NJ railway station, whose trains will arrive at SH railway station.
There are airport buses shuttling between NJ airport and railway station. You can use it. The fare is CNY20.

Why not fly direct to SH?!

Be aware there are different categories of trains.

Fast train takes about 1.5 hours, whereas the regular train can take 3 hours.
