Well, the best place for you to go is Bank of China. One of its branches is located in no. 1, Fuxingmen Inner Street, Xicheng District. Actually, you can make the exchange at any of its branches; there are many of them in the city.

This is a bit tricky. I believe it is actually very difficult to exchange Malaysian Ringgits in China. It is largely rejected by nearly all the Currency Exchange Bureau. This is largely related to Malaysian government's monetary policy of fixing the exchange rate, rather than letting it float and decide by the financial market. I think it is probably safer to exchange your RM in Malaysia prior to departure, or bring other currency such as US or Singaporean $.
