What does mean opening in below tracking number.

RH106445045CN Dispatching Shanghai EE Sat, 10 Jan 2015 08:36:00 GMT
RH106445045CN Departure from outward office of exchange Beijing EE Tue, 13 Jan 2015 09:13:00 GMT
RH106445045CN Opening Beijing EE Tue, 13 Jan 2015 13:57:00 GMT

Also same story with tracking number. RK172707697CN
It does look like has departured from beijing and then it is some opening, is that package on the way or it is stuck to BJ.

It is still in Beijing to be examied for exiting China.
