Battery devices

Is it true that airlines leaving china do not allow passengers to carry more than two devices (phones, camera, laptops etc) that used battery both in hand luggage and check-in lugagges. I'm in need of urgent answer. Thanks

It won't be a problem if they are for presonal use. But their battery should not exceed 100wh; for those over 100wh but below 160wh, you need to get permission from the airlines.
