Need to reserve a lower berth

I understand that one can only select a lower berth when purchasing a ticket at the railway station in China. I wish to secure a lower berth prior to arrival (60 days in advance) before the inventory runs out. Do you offer to purchase tickets in person for your customers if they are willing to pay the surcharge? Thank you.

Yes, your understanding is correct. We provide two methods of Ticket Collection. One is Collect it by myself, and another is Deliver it to my hotel or a personal address in China. If you want to collect the ticket by yourself at the station, we should issue it online and then give you a pick-up number. Via Internet, the tickets will be issued randomly, and we can only try several times to get a lower berth for you, which can not guaranteed. But if you want to choose the delivery option, we will need to go to the station to buy it for you. If there is inventory, we could choose a lower berth for you. Thus, we suggest you choose the delivery service and submit the booking order with your special request as early as possible, then we could purchase it at the earliest possible time.
