About:Beijing - Guangzhou High Speed Train

High speed train with connector cabin to save time

Is it true that the high speeds (from BJ to GZ) has an innovative system of picking and unloading passengers at any station to save a lot of travelling time ?
I have viewed a video which explains as follows:
The train that never stops at a station
A brilliant new Chinese railway innovation - get on & off the high speeds without stopping. VERY COOL CONCEPT !
No time is wasted. The high speeds are moving all the time. If there are 30 stations between BJ and GZ , just stopping and accelerating again at each station will waste both energy and time.

A mere 5 min stop per station (elderly passengers cannot be hurried) will result in a total loss of 5 min x 30 stations or 2.5 hours of journey time!

There is no such kind of ride at the moment. Chinese high speeds keep improving these years. However, this technology has not been worked out yet.

Yes, through the designers in both Shanghai and UK have came up with this idea and different ways of designing, It is still only a concept now. There are still many difficulties in this project.
