About:China Visa Exemption

National of Republic Of Korea (South Korea) going to Shenzhen for one day

Is a Republic Of Korea (South Korea) national going to Shenzhen for one day required to apply for a visa beforehand or can she get a special VOA?

J, nationals of South Korea can apply for the special VOA. However, there is no guarantee that they can apply successfully. If they have time, I think they'd better apply for a L type in advance.
