Changbaishan to Changchun Bus/Taxi

I plan to travel by bus from Changbaishan to Changchun on 17th July. Can you please confirm that there is a highway bus and the schedule?

I plan to leave Changbaishan at mid-day and arrive in Changchun at 5:00pm. If the bus is not an option, could you also provide an approximate cost to take a taxi.
