Foreigners getting married in Guangzhou

Hi, Do you know where in Guangzhou can we do the marriage registration? I'd like to go and inquire from them directly. many thanks!

Sally,you need to ask for further information from the Civil Affairs Bureau of Guangzhou located on No.99 on Xihu Road. They have phones but I am not sure if they speak English.

Working hours: 08:30 to 12:00, 14:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday).
