About:China Business Visa

Z Visa application?

I am a Malaysian, working in Japan at the moment. I am going to visit supplier factory in China in February. Instead of M type, now our agent said I need to apply Z type (work permit) which is confusing! I was told this new procedure starting from 2015. Anyone faced the same problem as me?

Tim, it's so strange. You should just apply for a M type. Because you are not going to work in China, there is no need for you to apply for a Z type. I didn't hear this before.

Hi Ted, this is Tim. You are right. There was a confusion made by our agent. I did apply for M type for the supplier factory visit in China last time. Thanks alot.
