About:Chengdu Travel

We are arriving Chengdu airport on 22.40, should be finished custom and immigration on about 23.30.

Is taxi still available after 23.00? Is there some extra charges taking taxi at midnight? Is it dangerous to use taxi in the midnight?

Generally speaking, you can pass the custom and get your luggage at about the midnight. Don't worry about the taxi problem. There are always several taxies that can take you to your destination. The cab fare in the night is CNY 9 for the first 2 kilometers and CNY 2.2 for each extra kilometers. It's a little bit more expensive than the daytime. If you find the taxi from official taxi companies, it's safe.
