Sept 2015, 5D/4N in Hong Kong with children

Im going to Hong Kong early sept 2015 5D/4N with my family n children, 2A + 3C...age ranging from 6, 8, 9 yrs. Ive yet to book any hotel n looking for one near to halal restaurants/eateries. Can recommend or adv what are the hotels nearby as mentioned? Have a budget of $150/nite.

Will be reaching HKIA ard noon on sun n departs back to spore on thur 755pm flight. Have not plan out the itineries or book tixs for disney..ocean park..mdm tussade..the peak..tram ride yet.

Planning to go disney n oceanpark on mon/tues for the wholeday. That left with sun afternoon after reached hk, wed & thur..
