how can s1 visa be convert to residence permit?

I have recidence permit in China. But it not old more than six month. If My immidiate familly members come to China Using S1, Can it be changed to recidence permit?Thanks

Suneth, they can change the S1 type to residence permits. Within 30 days from the date of their entry, they should apply to the exit/entry administrations of public security organs under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigners' residence permits.
