About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

I have M multiple entry type, 30 days each stay valid until June 2015

The next expiration is on Feb 13th. My question is, will the validity of my current visa ( M multiple entry type, 30 days each stay) be cancelled once I apply for an extension for my current stay?
