Divorce parents with struggling financially

I was born in 20 dec 1981 and i am divorced with my wife. I have got 2 child. I am so much struggling with financial. I am employeed in government service. There is any serious commitment why i am struggling?.

Oh, don't give up. Your financial problem will be solved this year. You income is stable because of your hard work. In this year, your excellent performance will bring your promotion or increased income. So you need to have an optimistic attitude towards life.
