What documents need when I check in at the the airport (at 1st country to Shanghai)

I'm afraid the Border Authorities at the 1st country don't know about this policy and not allow me to board without visa

You should produce your valid passport and onward air tickets. I think the Border Authoriyies should know the free transit policy as they deal with it almost for everyday. Don't worry.
