About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Sydney-Guangzhou-Hong Kong

I am flying from the UK to Australia. On my return, I am stopping at Guangzhou, taking the train to Hong Kong and flying back to the UK from there. Do I quality for the 72 hour trans visa?

You do not qualify for the 72 hour free transit as the policy can only be used in airports. However, if your layover is not more than 24 hours, you are eligible for the 24 hour free transit.
