About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

going to shanghai by cruise stopping 2 days then to HK do i have to apply for a visa? a single

If your layover time is more than 24 hours (some say the 24-hour period is calculated from the midnight following arrival), you have to apply for a single-entry type.
