About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

not renewing my working visa

My employer gave me a 2 years contract from May 15, 2013 to May 15, 2015 but the Macau Immigration permitted me to remain until January 06,2015 on my passport the same with my bluecard because my passport will be expired on feb 05, 2015 now i renew my passport already, and the immigration asks me if i want to renew my visa until May 15, 2015 and i said i dont need to renew my 4 months remaining working entry permit because i want to find another employer. Is that considered as a cut blue card or considered as finished contract????

I think it will be considered as a cut blue card. However, you can find another employer as soon as possible before your current residence card expires, and then leave Macau to apply for a new work type.
