Is late September a good time to visit Guilin, Longsheng , Yangshuo? How is the weather, Thank you.

It's ok at that time. The temp doesn't have much difference in these three cities. it would be 68-86F. Just Guilin will be a little warmer than the others. It would usually be cloudy or sunny. You can just wear t shirt and jeans, and take a thin coat.
