will it be fine to go to Hong Kong with an expiring passport

My mom and I are planning to go to hongkong to visit disneyland on february 6, 2015- feb 9, 2015 however my passport is expiring on June 10, 2015, would it still be fine to go? and do we need any visa? Thank you in advance
