can i get hong kong visa from turkey?

Hi, I'm babak vafa, Iranian nationality currently in turkey. I have to join ship which is arriving Hong Kong on 04 February 15.

You can either go to the embassy in Turkey or get contact with the Hong Kong Immigration Department and send the required documents by post: the application form (ID 1003A), your recent photo affixed on page 1 of the application form, photocopy of your passport, photocopy of your financial standing proof (bank statements, saving accounts passbooks, tax receipts, etc.), photocopy of your transportation arrangement proof, and photocopy of proof that can justify your visit purpose.
