Diffrence between F/M visa

Hi pls clarify what will be the diffrence between F/M type. Pls explain.

F type is issued to those who intend to go to China for non-commecial exchanges, visits, study tours and other activities, while M type is issued to those who intend to go to China for commercial and trade activities.
