90 MINUTES between my arrival to T2 and my connecting flight from T1 at HKIA

Hi, I will arrive from Russia to HK airport terminal 2 at 20:40 (landing time) and shall catch up a HK Airlines flight to Bangkok from terminal 1 at 22:10. I will not have any checked in luggage and probably can obtain an online boarding pass from HK airlines web site, so is the time sufficient? do I need to cross the immigration? do I need to stamp my online boarding pass from check in desk? can I transfer internally between T2 and T1 (direct to the gate)?

Since you don’t have any luggage and are able to obtain an online boarding pass, 1.5 hours should be enough.
You need to cross the immigration. Also the boarding pass needs to be stamped from check in desk. You have to go through security check and other formalities during the transfer procedure.

For the exact info, you'd better consult your airline in advance to confirm further in case that time is too tight.
