About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

My sisiter was in China but her visa expired, she plan to apply for work permit, it this possible?

How much the cost and the procedure for getting a working permit / visa for China?

I don't think it's possible. In her case, she is overstaying in China, which is illegal.
