In general, early to mid April is good timing for you to visit these scenic areas.
The temperature of these three places is 57.2 F to 82.4 F. It's warm and comfortable. And it mainly contains rainy days. You should remember to bring rain gear. T-shirts and jeans are enough for you to prepare.
