About:China Visa Application in USA

Mother Wants To Visit Me Later This Year

Hello. My mother wants to come and visit me here in Shanghai later on this year. I would like to know if it is better to write an invitation letter for her or for her to show her airline ticket and hotel itinerary information for the tourist visa application?

I think writing her the invitation letter is a better idea. If you book airline ticktets and hotel rooms in advance, there will be too many restrictions for her travel.
