How is Panjin Red Beach like in late March/early April?

I am thinking of visiting Red Beach during the first week of April. I know it's not going to be as pretty as visiting during September or autumn, but I want to know how is it going to be like, is it worth the trip? Is it going to be vast patches of reddish brown, or reddish brown mixed with green?
