What is the best transport option for travel from Baiyun Airport to Guangzhou

go to Guangdong Victory Hotel in city center?

Hey, you can take airport shuttle bus line 5 to Haizhu Square, and then transfer to a taxi to reach. Taxi fare would be CNY15.
Or you can take subway line 3 from the airport to Yantang, and transfer to line 6 to Huangsha. After getting off at exit E, walk to the east to reach.
