Hello good day, I just want to ask if i can renew my passport even my visa expired? Please reply thanks a lot.

If your visa has expired, you can't stay in China any longer. Otherwise, you will be imposed with a fine or even detention. However, I think you can renew your passport in the embassy of your country.
