filipino passport holder overstaying in Guangzhou for two years

hi , this is angelina , filipino passport holder. I have been overstayed in guangzhou for two years , and i am planning to go back home as soon as possible. If i go to the local police and surrender there, will they ask me for a temporary residence? how long does it take to wait the exit visa? Anybody can give me advice? I am waiting for your kind response.

They may not ask you for the temporary residence. I cannot tell how long it takes before you are sent back, but I think if you can pay the fines and hold earnest attitude, it won't be long.
