Only Z type is issued for those who want to work in China, including common workers.

Z visa requires that a foreigner to hold a university degree (at least 4 years) and 2 years experience. Thus, I am not sure that Z visa is possible for common wokers.

What I know is that to get the work permit, your educational background should match the position you will work for, and you should have two tears of relevant experience.
