Of course. Walk from HK Station to Hang Seng Bank Head Office, Des Voeux Road Central to take bus no. 5B and get off at Chater House, Chater Road. Then walk to your destination easily. The whole trip takes no more than 10min. BTW, bus no. 12A also helps.0
