Entry permit for China/Tibet

Good morning,

I like to travel to Kathmandu (Nepal) on 5th February. Then I will fly to Simikot. In this place I wanna rent a bike to cycle around Mount Kailash in your beautiful country. Can you advice me how to arrange the visa for these few days.
It depends on my strength on the high attitude, but I have a good health.
In 1999 I was for the last time in Beijing. Thimo van der Heijden from the Netherlands

First, you need to submit your application for the L type to the CVASC in Hague by posts or in person. The documents required for the application are your valid passport, a photocopy of the photo page, a filled application form glued with a recent taken color photo, and roundtrip tickets and hotel reservations. In addition, you can provide the copies of your previous China entry permits to faccilitate your application. After you get the entry permit for mainland China, you should get contact with a travel agency and ask it to apply the Tibet Travel Permit for you.

It's OK. You can submit your application to the CVASC in Jakarta. In addition to the above mentioned documents, the original and photocopy of your entry permit for Indonesia should be provided.
