permanent resident permit

Can I apply a permit resident permit of China since I will be married to a dutch who is already a Chinese resident?

It's very hard to get the permanent residence permit. I think at least you can't get it by so far. Only if your wife and you have been married for at least five years and you have lived in China for five consecutive years and shall live in China no less than nine months every year with financial guarantee for living and a residence do you meet the basic requirements for applicants.
