About:Hong Kong Weather

travel to hong kong on early February, do i need to wear heavy sweater and boot ?

Or just two layer of clothes is enough ? As im from tropic country and not sure about the coldness of your winter.

It is getting warm then and the temp shall range from 16C (61F) to 23C (73F). Light sweater, leather jacket and jeans would be enough. No thermal boots are needed. If you really are afraid of cold, bring your Long John as wel. Actually, HK has subtropic climate, so it is not that cold.
