hong kong to shenzhen to guangzhou by ferry is it possible ?

Hi    If it is not possible is the rail station in SZ far from the ferry terminal,also we are staying at the Jinjiang Inn 777 north Jiefang road Guangzhou what rail station would we get off at, andany other helpful information would be appreciated. It is easy to travel by ferry from HK to SZ, but no ferry is available to Guangzhou. Bullet trains to Guangzhou can be taken at North Station and SZ Luohu Station. The distance to the stations is 16-17mi from Shekou Port. For the location of your hotel in Guangzhou, I suggest you take a train from Luohu Station to Guangzhou Railway Station. Then take a taxi to your hotel in 5-8min.
