How can we go to those museums in macau from our location grandview taipa?

Firstly, I would tell you that the two museums are at the same site. Bus no./ 28A can take you there from your hotel.
Or take the free shuttle bus of your hotel to Maritime Ferry Terminal and then walk 10-15min to get there.1
