What would be the weather/temperature like from 23-29 January 2015 in Ningxia?

It's reported to be cloudy during those days. The temperature shall range from 1F to 39F. For such cold weather, you are suggested to prepare enough winter clothes, mask, gloves and scarves.

Which city will you visit? I have no idea of the interesting activities. But I can tell you almost all the attractions would be open then, so hope you can have a good visit.
