traveling to thialand via china from uk

My friend has a restraint in Thailand and as asked me to bring some sweet praprika for a recipe am I OK to travel with this entering both of the above

Mike, are they fresh sweet praprika? If so, I am afraid that you may not bring them into China and Thailand. According to what I know, fresh fruits and vegetables are forbidden to enter many countries in the world. If it is just a kind o seasoning packed very well in a bag. I think you may bring them.
