number of visits on a multiple entry visa

Does anyone know how many visits you can make on a 12 months type for China please? or where it shows the number of entries?

Generally speaking, you can enter as many times as you can before it expires. May I know duration of stay for your multiple type? If it is 30 days per time and you stay as long as 30 days every time, then you can enter six times at most.

The duration is for 5 days max at a time.

OMG! Your duration of stay is too short. It means that you need to exit before 00:00 on the fifth day after you entered every time. In this case, you can renter so many times before your multiple entry one expires.
