Inviation from wife or father in law

My wife is chinese citizen but living with me in EU, we are planning to move to China together to live there. My question is that: should my wife make me an invitation for Q1 visa, or should i ask my father in law to do it (because wife is still with my in EU)?

Wife does have a company under her name, hukou is with family, so is the home address. She also has bank account with money in it.
