Well, if you have a job now, the situation is stable. And it's possible to get a promotion. If you don't have one yet, you will be lucky when you find a job. But I'm not sure that you must work in other country. If you want to do so, you need to study hard and try to improve yourself a lot. One day, you can chase the goal.
