ReplyIf you can ask yourself, do I deserve a pay rise, if I were the business owner, would I offer me a pay rise...then the answer is maybe, ask yourself, what do I do that other employee's don't, that my boss may be aware of....if you remain positive, then again, maybe what you wish for may come your way
