I am an Indian citizen holding Thai non-immigrant F type. Want to travel to China for official purpose for 3 days. What do I require to do?

What does official purpose mean? Do you hold diplomatic or service passport? Or you just have ordinary passport? If you just hold ordinary passport, I think you may apply for a L type from Chinese embassy in Thailand.
