I will be reaching shanghai at 3:30 and then i have to go to cixi ningbo .. How to travel ?

Is it 3:30am or 3:30pm ? If it is 3:30am, you need to transfer to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station and then go to Yuyao North station by rail. After you arrive Yuyao North railway station, you can take Bus No. 293 to Cixi. If it is afternoon time, you can also go from Shanghai Hongqiao railway station to Yuyao north station. And may be you need to take a taxi to Cixi city since there might be no bus available at the time you arive Yuyao North station.
