About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Visa renewal in China

i heard from a friend that the china government had stop processing the renewal in china for now, and it will be resumed on april. is it true?

I'm not clear about it either, the regulations on the renewal are always obscure and subject to changes.
